Tdap Vaccination (Required for all students entering Year Two)

Now is the time to take your Year Two student for his/her Tdap immunization.  This vaccination is required for all students entering Year Two.  Failure to do so may prevent your students from having a smooth transition to Year Two.  After your student receives their vaccination, please bring the Florida Certificate of Immunization to the school to be placed on file as documentation.

Students will not receive their class schedules on Meet the Teacher Day:   Thursday, August 5, 2021 if they have not provided the school with proof of their Tdap vaccination.  If the required documentation has not been received by Tuesday, August 10, 2021 your child will not be able to start their first day of school.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

All shots must be up to date, including Tdap for Year 2 students.  Additionally, students, who self carry epipens and/or inhalers, must have a signed form from the physician in order to carry epipens or inhalers, otherwise devices must be kept in the clinic.  For your convenience, links to all forms are located below.  If you have additional questions, please contact our school nurse, Marjorie Brazier at
